Our growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Support Coordinator, or a candidate with related qualifications, who will value our supportive environment and our professional and ethical approach to Support Coordination.

We will value:

  • Degree level qualifications in a Disability (or related) field.
  • A track record of supporting participants to access the right supports, to develop and achieve sustainable goals in line with their NDIS plan.
  • The expertise to build the capacity of clients and their networks to coordinate their own supports.
  • Your excellent assessment and planning skills that enhance outcomes for people with NDIS funded support.
