About the role

As our Support Coordinator, you will join an energetic and supportive team of Allied health professionals who have a zest for life and are passionate about bridging the gap between NDIS and the rest of the world!

Picture yourself as your clients personal compass, expertly charting the course through a maze of support services and resources to ensure they receive the care and assistance they deserve! Using strengths based practice you will collaborate with your clients to create a roadmap that leads to a brighter, more fulfilled future! Your passion for community development will help you weave a colourful networking web within your community, connecting your clients to community resources, social services, healthcare providers, and other support networks to ensure they are kicking goals and squeezing the most out of life!

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualification and/or minimum 1 year experience working within the NDIS as a Support Co-ordinator
  • Previous experience in service delivery environment
  • Experience working collaboratively to enhance client outcomes
  • Ability to appropriately respond to the needs of people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to clients where required
