Job Description
The Team Leader is a key leadership position providing you with the opportunity to lead and support a team of administrative and service co-ordination staff within the Older Adults program.
As the Team Lead your duties will include:
- Coordination of the team, ensuring equitable distribution of workloads, as well as managing recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and performance.
- Supporting and collaborating with other members of the Older Adults team.
- Establishing strong and positive partnerships with service providers
- Fostering robust and productive relationships with service providers to ensure services are of high quality, support growth and meet customer needs and expectations.
- Administration task including data management, monitoring, reporting, auditing and ensuring services operate in accordance with budget and accountability requirements.

Experience and Knowledge required for the job:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Ability to use negotiation, conflict resolution and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Ability and willingness to travel between EACH sites.
