ABOUT THE ROLE
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team of dedicated Support Workers in the Bayside Area, specialising in mental health and disabilities. Your role will involve helping clients reach their goals set out in their personal support plans, implementing activities that promote client independence, celebrating client achievements, enabling connections with community resources, providing domestic assistance, scheduling and assisting with medical appointments, and reinforcing positive behaviour. You will also have the opportunity to support clients during weekends and night shifts.

Are you passionate about enabling people living with mental illness and disabilities to create an independent and positive future? Do you want to work in a team that embodies the Open Minds values of integrity, curiosity, togetherness, being people-centred, and respect? To get started, you will need an Open Drivers Licence, NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Blue Card, and an NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate (or be willing to obtain it).
