Support worker (Children’s Services)At London Paramount Care, being a Day Support Worker is both challenging and rewarding. You’ll work closely with children and young people who have complex learning difficulties, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing tailored care and creating a safe, supportive environment.You’ll play a key role in their daily lives, assisting with personal care, supporting their education, and organising recreational outings.   • A solid understanding of vulnerable adults or child development and children’s needs
  • Experience in working with vulnerable people in a residential setting
  • A Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Must hold a valid British driving licence and be willing to drive for the company.
