We want YOU to utilise your skills and experience as a Support Worker to assist vulnerable community members in their daily tasks and support their health and wellbeing.

  • Exciting Casual opportunities based in Young, NSW!
  • SCHADS 2B – $45.12 – 81.22 per hour (including casual loading, excluding shift-type rates) + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging
  • This position requires regular travel to clients’ houses including out of town clients. Candidates must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our inclusive team in Young, Boorowa and Temora.

Your role will include meal preparation, personal care, transport using the participant’s car, and accompanying them to appointments and leisure activities to help them stay engaged and confident in their community.

Ability to provide personal care to participants is essential.

You must be willing to work across array of shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight and weekends.

Using a person-centred approach, you will assist participants to achieve their goals and advocate to help remove barriers to their success.

To be successful
• Relevant qualification or experience (Cert III/IV preferred)
• Driver’s License + Motor Vehicle Insurance
• Working with Children Check + National Police Check
• Right to Work in Australia
• NDIS Worker Screening + Orientation Module
• Physical capability to deliver personal care to male and female participants
• Availability for inactive night shift + alternating weekends
