We are seeking candidates who exude enthusiasm and a youthful spirit to join our esteemed local Care team as Personal Care Assistants. This is an opportunity for you to make meaningful contributions in the lives of individuals requiring support with their daily activities.
Locations hiring for: Frankston, Carrum Downs, Rosebud, Balnarring, Hastings.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate would be someone who can be proactive in supporting an individual with unique needs and preferences in their daily living activities. You will be first and foremost a compassionate, friendly and a patient person with great communication skills. You will genuinely have the drive to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
In joining the team, you must have:
- Vic driver’s license and your own reliable transport.
- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
- NDIS workers screen check
- Valid police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
