If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join West Berkshire Council as a Supporting Families Development Analyst.As a Supporting Families Development Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager in the Children and Family Services. You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the service. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the support provided to families in West Berkshire.To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and patterns
- Good understanding of performance management and the ability to use data to drive improvement
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and disciplines
- Currently the work involves reading files to seek information for evidence of progress for families
- Ability to use Excel will be essential skill in this role prior to developing good IT systems
