Surveying Aide

The St Clair County Soil and Water Conservation District is hiring one survey aide. This is a full-time position subject to grant renewal.  Survey Aide will be based in the St Clair County SWCD office.  A Bachelor’s Degree and/or an agricultural background is advisable, but training will be provided.

The surveying aide will work with senior staff to gather site inventories, assist with conservation plans, survey and design conservation practices, and aid with implementation.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check, as required by USDA.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft 365
