With opportunities to develop your skills, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to innovative solutions, this role offers a rewarding and inspiring environment for ambitious professionals like you.What You Will Do:– Lead and manage project activities, ensuring on-time delivery and promoting Scrum values to drive team success.– Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather testing requirements and deliver system rig designs that meet high-quality standards.– Create comprehensive system designs, including architecture, wiring diagrams, cooling circuit schematics, and bills of materials.– Capture lessons learned from projects, share insights with the team, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.– Maintain compliance with established processes, ensuring quality delivery and positive audit outcomes.– Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical requirements and resolve risks early to prevent project obstacles.What You Will Bring:– Proven experience delivering projects and developing complex systems in an Agile environment, ideally with Scrum implementation.– Background in designing and/or validating electrified powertrains and integrating complex systems.– Strong ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences, showcasing excellent communication skills.– Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio and Excel, with an ability to create professional design artefacts.– A degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Controls, or Systems Engineering, alongside Scrum Master qualifications.Your contributions as an Engineering Design Project Engineer will directly support the company’s mission to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
