What you’ll do
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll support the hiring manager to ensure the right candidate is selected to meet our growing client needs for counselling, family dispute resolution, group work and domestic violence services.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition
- Contribute to the creation of a best practice employee onboarding experience and assist in the ongoing maintenance
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices align to the principles of diversity, inclusion and belonging

- 4 days per week
- Flexible work options, required to come to Macquarie Park office when needed

What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in end to end recruitment or in a Recruitment Administrative role with the potential to step up
- Stakeholder engagement skills with a strong client-centric approach
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities
- An ability to complete activities autonomously, proactively and timely with a can-do attitude
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
