Moreover, we continue to lead our industry in terms of standards and safety.We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our HR team in the position of Talent Acquisition Partner.This position will play a critical role within the company and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet project needs and company goals.This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, with a focus on building a strong employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and within the HR team to understand the company’s current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Ultimately, this role will help us to build a strong employer brand and a high performing, skilled and engaged workforce, helping us to achieve our strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in our industry.Your duties would include but not limited to the following:Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates whilst promoting the company’s culture and values.
  • Utilise various channels such as internal talent pools, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates supporting diversity and inclusion.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, assessment centres, interviewing, offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job/career fairs, and other recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent sources.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and generate reports to include the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data on measure such as Equality and Diversity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy in handling candidate information.

Budget Responsibility:

  • Work within the allocated recruitment budget, optimising spending on job advertisements and recruitment events.
  • Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of different recruitment channels and strategies and implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of candidates.

Collaboration:

  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on inclusive recruitment.
  • Work together with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.

About You:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, group)
  • Ability to organise skills assessment centres (e.g., job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically in addressing recruitment challenges
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Patient, diligent, and dependable
  • Ability to take initiative and start new projects or tasks, taking a proactive approach and being resilient in facing challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing CV’s, conducting interviews, and managing candidate information.
  • Confident when interacting with candidates and hiring managers, eloquent in clear communication and excellent presentation skills when representing the company.
  • Possesses a continuous learning mindset with a commitment to ongoing development and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices

Education / Qualification:Essential:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable:

  • CIPD Professional Recruitment Qualification (PRQ) certification
  • Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) certification
