Job description
- Join our newly formed talent acquisition team and work in an organisation doing good.
- $90-$100k salary + increase take-home pay with up to $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
- Full-time ongoing role, located in Melbourne CBD + work-from-home 3 days per week.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support, advise, and coach our people managers on a range of talent strategies and solutions to enable them to attract and hire their ideal talent. We’re a recently formed team and you’ll help us to continue building the foundations of talent acquisition at Uniting in a decentralised model.
How you’ll make a positive impact:
- Building hiring manager capability to create a candidate-centred, talent culture.
- Collaborating with our Talent Marketing Specialist to create talent communities.
- Supporting the development & ongoing amplification of our Workforce Value Proposition
- Providing a supportive, tailored, and positive customer and consumer experience.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
- Ensuring our recruitment workflow process outcomes are timely and positive.
What’s on offer.
We believe in flexibility and currently work a combination of office-based time and WFH 3 days per week. Our office in Lonsdale Street offers a range of concierge services, great end-of-trip facilities, and events such as free Yoga and well-being sessions.
A future opportunity to diversify your Talent Acquisition skills as we include more Talent Advisory elements to the function including internal mobility, succession planning, workforce planning, talent programs, etc.
In addition to a $90-$100k salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program. You will have access to paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks and can receive a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.
About you
You have built a solid reputation in Talent Acquisition as a supportive business partner who focuses on providing a positive experience for all customers. Because we’re still forming as a function, you will need to have flexibility and agility to help us move forward or when something doesn’t work, learn from it and adjust.
You’ll also bring with you:
- Strong operational and strategic recruitment experience and success.
- Experience with recruitment tech stacks and a curiosity about future possibilities.
- Previous success in building capability through coaching and facilitating workshops.
- Experience in volume recruitment or internal mobility strategies and solutions.
- Strong understanding of and or experience with recruitment marketing.
