The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports directly to the Head of the Human Resources Unit. He/she works in close collaboration with members of the HR Unit to identify, attract, and engage high-calibre talent worldwide. The incumbent collaborates with the Organisation’s operational managers to ensure that recruitment activities are aligned with strategic priorities and workforce planning needs. |

He/she is responsible for implementing effective, high-quality recruitment solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, and contributing to the development of sustainable talent pipelines to meet both current and future requirements. |

Expériences / Formation
Qualifications and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least three years of hands-on experience in sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate selection, ideally in volume or specialised recruitment.
– Proven experience in an international or multicultural and dynamic environment.Previous experience in an international organisation.
– Knowledge of HR information systems and digital recruitment platforms.

– Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
– Rigour and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
– In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate experience optimisation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
– Excellent command of both English and French, spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

Salaire
Working conditions
– Salary: based on qualifications and experience.
– Contract type: WOAH Staff – Fixed-term contract.
– Duration: Two (2) years, renewable.
Location: WOAH Headquarters, 12 rue de Prony, 75017 Paris, France.
Full-time position based in Paris headquarters, requiring long hours seated at a computer. May involve international travel.
