As the Talent and Organizational Development Associate, you will provide support for the IT Academy staff development program and other organizational initiatives. In this position, you will also assist in skill gap analysis and identifying learning and development solutions that align with OIT’s vision.

 

This position is part of Princeton’s Office of Informational Technology (OIT) Summer Experience Program. OIT is excited to welcome a cohort of undergraduate students to learn, explore, and gain professional experience in a variety of technical and administrative roles. All positions are sponsored by one of the six major departments within OIT, each specializing in a different area of information technology.

 

This is a temporary position.

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Scheduling IT Academy classes and other Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) opportunities
  • Researching vendor offerings to ensure they align with identified skill gaps and classes desired by OIT departments
  • Supporting OE projects by coordinating event logistics, developing creative marketing, and researching and making recommendations for community building events.

OIT is accepting applications for summer experience positions through March 29.  All applications should include a cover letter, resume (or CV), transcripts from previous academic programs, and two letters of recommendation.

Letters of recommendation are due by March 29, however, it is recommended you submit them as soon as possible following application. The final candidate will be required to successfully pass a background check.
