Job Description:Join the team that supports career growth and fulfilment of our employees and managers with carefully designed learning experiences.Within the Talent & Culture Enablement group (HR), the Talent Development (TD) team supports career growth and fulfilment by offering our employees and managers within Global Technology (GT) and Digital & Platform services (D&PS) a suite of carefully designed learning experiences that help build knowledge and develop skills for performance and career and advance our strategy.We strategize, design and implement programs and events to share technical and professional skills at scale (POWERUP, Develop ME & Grow Your careers) create targeted development programs (TELP, LEAP, DEVUP, GT VP Academy), support social learning communities (IGNITE) and build cultures that empower and invest in our managers (Manager Excellence). All experiences must continue to evolve to ensure they are connected to our talent strategy and include the right content to enable change towards business outcomes & career fulfilment.As a Talent Development Delivery Lead – Vice President you will join our dynamic and ambitious team and work across the Talent Development team to design, deliver and evolve some of our targeted learning experiences within programs like POWERUP. You will proactively build and manage collaborative relationships with Tech Learning Domain leads to ensure we get the right content to the right people at the right time of the learning journey so that our employees connect, learn and understand how to apply skills learned for maximum impact.You will travel globally as a part of your job.Job responsibilities

  • Designs and manages in-person learning conferences that have employees, outcomes, targeted learning, community building and value at the center of the experience (using data & domain led direction to shape who is targeted, when and how). This includes a brand new POWERUP BOOST product which takes experiential learning to GT employees in location outside of the main POWERUP schedule
  • Manages key partner and stakeholder relationships proactively and effectively to build trust, transparency and enable delivery (including GT, HR & Tech Centre Leadership, Event Management and Communications)
  • For targeted learning events, builds and manages a catalogue of services that articulate the support that we provide to Learning domains for their targeted learning needs and use this as part of managing relationships with them
  • Works closely with the program Communications Lead to ensure all branding and messaging used within standard artefacts is on point and appropriate
  • Drives the proactive mitigation/resolution of key risks and issues that impact event success
  • Uses a product mindset to set the strategy for the targeted delivery programs, focusing on outcomes and customer need and use data to evolve iteratively for continuous improvement so the program remains fit for purpose and set up for success

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A delivery mindset, excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate and partner across a large, global firm (e.g. across Line of Businesses (LOBs), regions, functions, levels)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peers
  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively; can confidently and quickly make decisions
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other Office applications – ability to support the creation of senior level presentations and materials

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in other tools: Survey Monkey, GEM, IEMS, MS Teams, basic HTML skills
