Introduction :

 TALENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE NIGERIA JUBILEE FELOWS PROGRAMME IN THE SOUTH- SOUTH REGION.

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program of the UNDP is seeking the services of a Talent Mangement firm that would deploy its resources to manage the placement of the Fellows under this programme.

The objective of the programme is to provide 12-month work-placement opportunities for fresh graduates within Private and public Sector institutions under the SOUTH-SOUTH region with the intention of enhancing their professional and leadership capacities.  

The consultancy firm or institution will drive the process of ensuring effective sourcing of placement opportunities, matching fellows, and ensuring an impactful 12-month learning journey.
