Job description

I am looking to speak to an ambitious Talent Manager with around 2 year’s experience in the fashion or beauty industry – from development, pitching, organising and strategising for new and established talent.

Responsibilities

• Daily management duties of talent roster, developing strong relationships and fostering open communication
• Working on long-term strategies for talent, with focus on their online brand
• Negotiating brand partnerships and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Sourcing and securing new opportunities for clients across the industry i.e. new product launches, events, red carpets etc
• Always keeping up with latest trends across social and digital
• Ad-hoc work to support senior agents where required

The Candidate

• This is an office based role, 5 days a week in office, someone that is happy to work office based is very important
• Interest/experience within fashion and beauty would be advantageous
• Knowledge of social media trends
• Previously talent management experience would be great, but general experience working with or close to talent in an in-house capacity is also fine.
