Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US firm in their search for an experienced Tax Paralegal to join the firms London office. This role will be offered on a permanent basis.The FirmOur client is a recognised leader in a wide range of disciplines in London including finance, corporate, private equity, litigation, and real estate. Areas of practice include lending, real estate finance, structuring joint venture companies, and sales and acquisitions.The RoleThe successful Paralegal will be joining the firms tax team where you will support the fee earners on all aspects of their work. You will work as part of a busy transactional team where the work will have a cross-border element to it.The Ideal CandidateThis role will suit those who are not looking to qualify, and have significant tax experience of at least 18 months.
