Terre Des Hommes Foundation- Helping Children Worldwide (Tdh-F) is a leading Swiss international non-governmental organization for children’s aid.

Tdh-F Coordination office in Erbil is seeking to hire a transportation service provider called All Inclusive Car Service Provider/ AICSP, exclusively with a year made no earlier than 2022 to cover its needs in Baghdad Governorate and NINAWA Governorate (and other Terre des Hommes activity Locations within both governorates). Under this request, Tdh-F intends to hire Only One All Inclusive Cars as below:

• 2 Pick up (Toyota Hilux 4×2 or 4×4 or equivalent of the PICKUP) 1 in Baghdad and 1 in Ninawa.
• 3 Cross-Over 5 SEAT (Toyota Rav4 or Hyundai Tucson or equivalent of the Cross Over) 2 in Baghdad and 1 in Ninawa.

Note: Hybrid Vehicles are Strongly recommended.

Service Overview:

The Service Provider will be responsible for providing transportation service under the service contract. The Service Provider should provide a car that is in very good condition meeting the minimum requirement in section “Requirement”. The service will include but not be limited described in the section “Specific Responsibilities Include”. The definition of All Inclusive Car: The Service will be provided within Erbil. The service offer should include the fuel cost, insurance cost, driver’s fees, maintenance, and any other associated expenses. The offer should consider a one-month service provision cost. The service contract is expected to be signed for the period of 6 months with possible extension subject to the availability of Funding.  

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include,

• The safe transportation of Tdh personnel
• The safe transportation of Tdh materials
• Ensure replacement of the driver while the driver is not available for any reason (sickness, or other reasons)
• The care and maintenance of vehicles and their accessories
• Note and report problems, including suspicious activities, behaviors, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to emergencies and other problems, in keeping with Tdh guidelines, police,s and procedures.
• Commitment and putting into implementation the working schedule assigned by the logistics
• Ensure the provision of service delivery even during critical incidents and contingencies
• Any other tasks Required from the supervisor

 Requirements

• Exceptionally good condition of the car made no earlier than 2022 and Odometer reading Max 30000 km.
• Provide a driver who has a Minimum of two years’ work as a professional driver (working with the Organization will be an advantage)
• No road safety-related fines or convictions thorough knowledge of road rules and regulations.
• Skills in routine vehicle maintenance and minor repair
• Able to carry out limited, un-supervised tasks
• Drivers must display an attitude and behavior that reflects well on both themselves and the Tdh.
• The car/s must belong to the offeror.
• Copies of driver/s C.V. are to be attached to the offer. (Applications without a CV will be excluded from the  competition)
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.

Other duties  

• Strict adherence to the TDH’s transportation policies and procedures, including the use of seatbelts by all passenger
• Daily and pre-long-distance vehicle checks. Accurate upkeep of the vehicle’s log sheet.
• Maintaining the vehicle clean, fueled, and mechanically sound
• Inspecting and maintaining all vehicle accessories.
• Advising the logistics of pending inspections, insurance renewal, or any defects or problems.

Note: This announcement is not for the Fixed Term Employment Contract. This announcement is for the Service provision Contract. Transportation service providers can offer two cars. One Individual Service provider can offer one car only.

ي مؤسسة أرض الإنسان – مساعدة الأطفال حول العالم (Tdh-F) هي منظمة سويسرية دولية رائدة غير حكومية تُعنى بمساعدة الأطفال.

يبحث مكتب تنسيق مؤسسة أرض الإنسان في أربيل عن شركة نقل تُعرف باسم شركة النقل الشاملة للسيارات (AICSP)، على أن لا يكون قد مضى على تأسيسها أكثر من عام ٢٠٢٢ لتغطية احتياجاتها في محافظتي بغداد ونينوى (ومواقع أخرى لأنشطة مؤسسة أرض الإنسان في كلتا المحافظتين). بموجب هذا الطلب، تعتزم مؤسسة أرض الإنسان استئجار سيارة نقل شاملة واحدة فقط، على النحو التالي:

– سيارتان بيك أب (تويوتا هايلوكس الدفع ثنائية أو رباعية الدفع أو ما يعادلها من سيارات بيك أب) واحدة في بغداد وواحدة في نينوى.

– ٣ سيارات كروس أوفر بخمسة مقاعد (تويوتا راف فور أو هيونداي توسان أو ما يعادلها من سيارات كروس أوفر) اثنتان في بغداد وواحدة في نينوى.

ملاحظة: يُنصح بشدة باستخدام السيارات الهجينة.

نظرة عامة على الخدمة:

يتولى مقدم الخدمة مسؤولية توفير خدمة النقل بموجب عقد الخدمة. يجب على مقدم الخدمة توفير سيارة بحالة ممتازة، وتلبي الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات المذكورة في قسم “المتطلبات”. تشمل الخدمة، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما هو موضح في قسم “المسؤوليات المحددة”. تعريف السيارة الشاملة: تُقدم الخدمة داخل أربيل. يشمل عرض الخدمة تكلفة الوقود، والتأمين، وأجور السائق، والصيانة، وأي نفقات أخرى مرتبطة. يجب أن يشمل العرض تكلفة تقديم الخدمة لمدة شهر واحد. من المتوقع توقيع عقد الخدمة لمدة 6 أشهر، مع إمكانية التمديد رهناً بتوفر التمويل.

المسؤوليات

1- تشمل المسؤوليات المحددة

2- النقل الامن لموظفي منظمة ارض البشر

3- النقل الامن لمواد منظمة ارض البشر

4- ضمان استبدال السائق اثناء عدم توفر السائق لاي سبب (إجازة، إجازة مرضية …. الخ)

5- رعاية وصيانة المركبة وملحقاتها.

6- ملاحظة المشاكل والابلاغ عنها، بما في ذلك الأنشطة والسلوكيات المشبوهة.

 7- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والمشاكل الأخرى بما يتماشى مع المبادئ والتوجيهية والسياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بمنظمة ارض البشر.

8- الالتزام بدول العمل المخصص من قبل قسم اللوجستيك.

9- ضمان جودة تقديم الخدمات اثناء الحوادث الطارئة والخطيرة.

أي مهام أخرى مطلوبة من المشرف.

المتطلبات

1- توفير سيارة بحالة جيدة جدا حيث لا يقل موديل السيارة عن عام 2022 وقراءة عداد المسافات بحد أقصى   30000 كم

 (خبرة العمل مع المنظمات تعتبر ميزة) • 2- توفير سائق لديه عمل لمدة سنتين كحد أدنى كسائق محترف

• 3- لا توجد غرامات تتعلق بالسلامة على الطرق أو قناعات المعرفة الدقيقة لقواعد وأنظمة الطريق
• 4- يجب ان يكون لدى السائق مهارات في الصيانة الروتينية المركبات والإصلاحات الطفيفة
• 5- يجب ان يكون السائق قادرا على القيام بمهام محدودة وغير خاضعة للإشراف
• 6- يجب على السائقين إظهار موقف وسلوك ينعكس بشكل جيد على أنفسهم وعلى أرض الواقع
• 7- يجب أن تكون السيارة / السيارات مملوكة لمقدم العرض
• 8- إرفاق نسخ من السيرة الذاتية للسائق / السائقين في العرض

(سوف تلغى جميع التقديمات التي لا تحتوي على سيرة ذاتية)

• 9- معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية ستكون ميزة

واجبات أخرى

التقيد بسياسات وإجراءات سيارات منظمة ارض البشر، بما في ذلك استخدام احزمة الأمان من قبل جميع الركاب.

فحص المركبات يوميا قبل المغادرة، وكذلك ملئ ورقة التسجيل بصورة دقيقة

الحفاظ على السيارة نظيفة ومزودة بالوقود وسليمة ميكانيكيا.

فحص وصيانة جميع ملحقا السيارة.

اعلام القسم اللوجستي بعمليات التفتيش المعلقة، او تجديد التامين، او أي عيوب، او مشاكل.
