Our mission is to foster curiosity, environmental awareness, and conservation through tech-powered experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, science-oriented Team Leader to coordinate and facilitate on-site immersive experiences in schools across the Chicagoland area. This entry-level, flexible role is ideal for students or recent grads with a background in biology, environmental science, conservation, or education. You’ll lead a small team, give short educational talks, and help create unforgettable learning moments for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main presenter and facilitator for immersive classroom sessions.
• Lead a 45-minute experience including a brief educational talk and guided VR/AR activities.
• Set up and manage the equipment on-site (Meta Quest devices, projector, etc.).
• Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth logistics and session flow.
• Supervise and support a team of 2 assistants during each visit.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all students.
• Represent Smart Rabbit XR’s mission with professionalism and enthusiasm.
