The Team Leader will be working remotely in Azaz. He/She will be the focal point on the ground and responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation of the project activities. The team leader’s role involves coordination with field officers, partner organizations, and local stakeholders and includes a combination of administrative, logistical, and communication tasks.
1. Duties and Responsibilities
The team leader’s main duties and responsibilities are:
· Coordinate and oversee the field officers.
· Oversee and facilitate the on-the-ground implementation of the project activities.
· Conduct field visits to partner organizations as assigned.
· Act as a liaison between OB’s program team, partner organizations, and local stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities.
· Facilitate clear and effective communication channels among project stakeholders.
· Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges.
· Conduct local market research regarding information for the purchase of equipment, materials, and services as needed.
· Prepare narrative and technical specification inputs for tenders and participate in technical evaluations.
· Undertake any other related tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
2. Qualifications
· University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
· 3 to 4 years’ experience in field operation.
· Knowledge of local context and stakeholders in Azaz.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
· Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
3. Working Condition
The team leader will be working remotely in Azaz. Working will be during weekdays with a flexibility of working during weekends.
