Job Description:Bondelivery specialise in the secure storage and transportation of goods to a wide variety of high profile customers throughout Ireland and providing high quality service to a major UK parcels network. We have the following vacancy for our Night Shift at our Nutts Corner Depot.Position based on a 40 hour week
21:30 to 05:30 hours – 5 days over 7 days per week – plus overtime as required
(start/finish times may fluctuate in line with operational needs)Ref: TL/4/24/2 TEAM LEADERWe require an enthusiastic self-starter with high quality organisational skills to ensure deliveries are unloaded and assembled correctly according to client specification. To have an authority figure on the floor, you will be able to direct staff with their duties and work well together as a team, whilst leading by example. To assist Supervisor and Manager. Previous experience working in a similar fast moving warehouse environment is essential.Must have LGV1 (Class 1) licence or desire to train to LGV1 standard to carry out shunting trailers on and off bays in the yard.Essential criteria for all above roles:
Ability to create a proactive environment with productive work flow
Able to assign and adapt duties and tasks to meet strict deadlines
Determined and able to use your own initiative with a responsible approach to work
Proven track record of effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
Must be able to motivate and inspire a team to work effectively under pressure
Professional and responsible customer focused attitude
Good numerical, literacy and accuracy skills
Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours including weekends
and statutory holidaysDesirable criteria for above position:
An LGV1 (Class 1) licence or desire to train to LGV1 standard and ability to carry out shunting trailers on and off bays in the yard
A good working knowledge of Northern Ireland and Ireland
Proficient computer literacy/keyboard skills
