- Base Salary: $100,210 – $119,925 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $122,462 – 144,645 (p.a.)
- Full-Time, Maximum Term contract

About the role
The Team Leader of the Child and Youth Assessment and Treatment will lead the operations of the expanded and dynamic service in Central Australia, and first in the Northern Territory. The service responds to the demands of providing children and young people with suspected neurodevelopmental vulnerability access to assessment, treatment, management, and supported access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme through a multidisciplinary team.
To be considered for this position, you will require:
- Degree in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, Psychology or related Health discipline, with eligibility of relevant Australian Association Membership.
- Experience in management and supervising.
- Experience and skills in providing clinical case management support to vulnerable families that is child focused, family centred and trauma-informed.
- Knowledge of child development, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including FASD, ASD and Global Development Disorders.
