Public Aid Organization –PAO; is a non-governmental, independent, non-profit and public utility organization. It works according to its humanitarian values in order to improve and settle the principles of human rights, establishing a developed civil society. This will be done by carrying out the developing and permanent programs and projects as it is guided by the United Nations’ declaration concerning the third millennium. PAO established in 1992 well rooted and present with offices in all Iraq. 

Team Leader -Erbil

Tasks and Responsibilities: –

 

. Team leader, providing technical support in child protection and women-based violence to the field team to ensure quality work.

• Assist in managing the project center and project staff, including the field team.

• Under the supervision of the project coordinator, support the correct and timely implementation of all project phases and tasks involving the relevant project staff.

• Supervise and participate in preparatory work, leading daily curriculum-based sessions.

• Ensure the implementation of activities and the distribution of team work according to the project coordinator’s work plan.

• Ensure all identified protection concerns are promptly reported to the project coordinator. 

• Maintain archives and files of the center’s staff.

• Coordinate the team’s work and follow up on task implementation.

• Monitor/track the use of the team’s logistical supplies/resources to ensure the efficient use of available resources.

• Ensure adherence to protection and child protection standards. • Comply with PAO security policies and procedures and report any incidents or violations to the project coordinator.

• Adhere to the organization’s professional accounting policies and ensure the maintenance of the Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy in all activities.

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on the team to the project coordinator or project manager.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the project coordinator or project manager.
