In this Full-Time max term position (through to June 2026) based in our Kununurra office, you’ll support a local team to accomplish ambitious goals for our children, youth and families. Your areas of responsibility will include overseeing the alignment of the Communities for Children program to partner meaningfully with local Aboriginal Controlled Organisations, and you’ll report to the Regional Manager.
You will make a difference by:
- Leading and developing a dedicated, values driven team
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Communities for Children program, as well as the transition to partnering with Aboriginal controlled organisations
- Building relationships with partner community organisations

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to nurture a cohesive team
- Ability to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate activities
- Experience in case management and working with young people
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex scenarios
- Current valid driver’s licence
- Relevant degree qualifications in youth work, social work, social science, education, psychology (highly desirable)
