We are seeking an experienced Team Leader, Learning for Life to join our family. Reporting to the Regional Programs Manager and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will support a small team, so they can implement activities to support children, young people and their families to achieve better future outcomes.
About our role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading people to develop their capability to perform current and future roles at The Smith Family through coaching.
- Supporting team members to deliver programs to school aged children.
- Developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. This will include collaborative work across teams to deliver on projects.
- Managing multiple competing priorities and reach targets.
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams.
- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse stakeholder teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills.
- Have or willing to obtain an employee Working With Children’s Check
