About the Role

As the visionary Team Leader, Postgraduate Research, you will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to providing unparalleled administrative support and enriching learning experiences for master’s and doctoral research students. Your impact will be felt across the Massey University community as you manage admission applications, foster research opportunities, and navigate the progression and examination processes for all research student cohorts, including Māori and Pacific ākonga.

About you

In collaboration with the Postgraduate Learning and Development Facilitator, you will craft and execute strategies aimed at elevating the quality of learning and development for both research students and supervisors. Your leadership will not only shape the academic landscape but will also actively contribute to the success of a passionate team supporting research student administration. Your commitment to excellence will ensure the team’s capabilities soar to new heights, aligning seamlessly with Massey’s Te Tiriti led strategy.
