Team LeaderBlue Arrow Edinburgh are recruiting for a highly motivated, results driven Team Leader for our Edinburgh based clients Telesales Team. This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £35k, with OTE of £60k. You will be at the forefront of driving the clients sales goals, and leading your team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. If you have experience of leading a team within the Telesales space then we’d love to hear from you.Main duties/responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training to the team on an ongoing basis through call listening and QA
• Ensure that outbound calls to prospective customers are made, from warm leads that the team receive.
• Carry out QA calls, ensuring quality standards are set and maintained
• Ensuring all sales paperwork is processed correctly on the CRM system
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, as well as product updates and deliver feedback on this to the team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring that the ethical standards of the business are being met consistently
• Making/receiving calls, which will equate to around 15% of the role

Skills/experience:

• Able to demonstrate experience working in telesales/telemarketing roles, although field sales would be considered
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to influence along with excellent negotiation skills
• Able to demonstrate resilience and handle rejection
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office packages, as well as sound computer skills
• Able to manage time effectively whilst prioritising workload
• Self motivated and result driven
• Highly professional
• Flexible and able to easily adapt to fluid situations
