- Full time, fixed term contract until 30th June 2025 with a possibility of extension

The MacDonnell region is located in the centre of Australia. Covering 270,000sq km and with an estimated population approaching 7,000, it has a unique beauty with picturesque water holes, magnificent flora and fauna, red desert sands and rugged mountain ranges.
These positions will be Mt Liebig Community, in the Macdonnell range.
As the Team Leader – Youth Services, you will be responsible for the day to day operations while acting as the nominated supervisor providing and developing youth-led and community driven services in education, employment pathways for young people and employees in community.
Our successful candidate will have a positive attitude with strong communication skills, experience working with young people and possess sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, as Team Leader, you will possess flexibility, strong work ethic and have the inherent qualities to be a role model for your team members and the young people in community.
