Pro currently has an exciting opportunity to join its Insurance Services team as a Team Manager and we are open to receiving applications from people with a range of experience levels. It is likely that you will have a background in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or a similar industry.The successful applicants will support our prestigious clients and manage a Team of up to 15 FTE, while being responsible for meeting all Client service levels, deliverables and deadlines.Pro operates a hybrid working model, with time split between working from home and from our Gloucester and/or Liverpool office as required.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management/leadership of 10 to 15 staff.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs. Produce daily and weekly client reports, leading the weekly update calls. Arrange, drive and steer the Monthly and Quarterly Service Delivery and Client Governance meetings.
  • Developing and building upon existing client relationships and being the main point of contact, dealing directly with clients in a collaborative and professional manner.
  • Responsible for optimising team structure, staff development and associated objective monitoring through the appraisal process, including overall Team Performance and individual PD plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process and deliver training to new members of the team. Review and produce detailed and robust training plans for in office and remote training.
  • Provide hands on technical Quality Control support to ensure the team is achieving client SLA’s.
  • Contribute to new business projects and support pitches. Support consultancy projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience of leading and managing people, either direct line management or via projects.
  • Good corporate financial awareness and pro-active understanding of team utilisation, together with experience of using workflow tools to monitor, measure and act upon performance management information.
  • Able to navigate around a variety of systems such as client-developed systems and various document management a

  • Excellent communication and able to work on own initiative.
  • Strong experience in working with Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of team utilisation, together with experience of using workflow tools to monitor, measure and act upon performance management information.
  • Strong data analysis skills; the ability to draw insights from MI and make recommendations for process, people or organisational improvements.
  • Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with Clients, direct reports and colleagues.
