If this sounds like you, come and join our dynamic team and lead a team of committed social workers in providing high-quality support and care to the children and young people.As a Team Manager in Assessment, you will provide effective leadership to a team of social workers, ensuring a supportive and collaborative working environment, encouraging high standards in others and assisting and inspiring your team towards achieving their goals. Supported by your assistant team manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, supervising and supporting social workers in the management of cases, stepping in where needed to achieve positive outcomes for our children and their families and ensuring the welfare of our children and young people is prioritised.Children matter in Medway, and so do you.
