Job Category: Social Care – AdultsJob Description:Salary £31,067 – £35,235, Per annum I Fixed term until 25/12/2025 I Part time, 30 hours per week I Pro RataThis is a temporary post until 25/12/2025 or the return of the post holder if sooner.Team Manager of a short breaks service, managing a team of community support workers.International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorshipHours of work: 30 per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including work at evenings, weekends and statutory holidays as required.The role will involve being the manager of staff who support adults with Autism, learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities to access the short breaks service (respite)The role will involve working directly alongside the staff team to ensure effective support to the people who use the service and will include weekend and evening work as well as some on-call and sleep-in duties.The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.Please ensure you have uploaded and attached your supporting statement to evidence how you meet the criteria for the role.
