Team Rector

We are a Christian community centred around seven churches situated in villages near Oxford and alongside the beautiful river Cherwell.

We’re praying for a Team Rector who…

• has energy and enthusiasm, is an effective communicator with a visible pastoral presence

• is a team player and can engage, invigorate and support

• has that spirit that can encourage, enable and explore with us new ways of worshipping whilst honouring the traditional

• can help us develop our vision for the Benefice with its rural churches and fast-growing population of Heyford Park
