The Dorchester Team are praying for a new colleague to join us as we minister in beautiful South Oxfordshire.

In a season of rebuilding we seek a priest who will relish both the challenges and the opportunities of the Dorchester Team, working with us prayerfully and creatively as we re-imagine our future as churches and as a Team.

We are praying for a priest who is:

• A person of lively and infectious faith and prayer – who loves God and people.

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

• A pastor – able to care for people of all ages and backgrounds.

• Someone with a heart for mission and the kingdom, with the capacity to engage well with existing congregations and new missional opportunities.

• Someone who is at ease working across a breadth of traditions and contexts.

We can offer:

• A lively and mutually supportive ministry team.

• Welcoming local congregations, ready to be loved and nurtured – along with opportunities for ministry in schools and communities.

• A comfortable house.

• Central administrative support from our office at Dorchester Abbey.
