Team Vicar

We are:

• four small village churches with a strong presence in our local communities;
• congregations with an open and inclusive attitude to worship;

We are looking for someone who will:

• lead our churches to become what we believe God wants us to be;
• lead worship that supports our vision and the ministry needs of the churches;
• teach and challenge us with God’s word so that we grow in faith and fellowship;
• be an approachable good shepherd with a visible presence in the villages and school.
• inspire, motivate and empower everyone to get actively involved to make good use of their God-given gifts and talents;

We can offer:

• pleasant rural parishes in a beautiful area of the country with excellent transport links;
• friendly, good humoured and supportive congregations;
• a supportive Team Ministry including retired clergy and licensed Readers who are available to assist in the parishes; with two efficient Parochial Church Councils;

All applicants should normally have 3 years experience in the Church of England or another Anglican church in the British Isles.
