- Work on next gen banking solutions, driving system modernisation.
- Drive performance in your team through pivotal leadership opportunities, utilising agile delivery and next gen technology architectures, using cutting-edge platforms and cloud solutions.
- Take on a senior manager grade role where you’ll guide talented teams, share ideas that shape the industry and play a key part in growing the practice
Key responsibilities:
- Build your team including coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Process optimisation through strategic business analysis across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Working closely and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to understand and articulate challenges to implement overall vision.
Experience:
- Experience leading teams, mentoring talent and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Track record in core system modernisation within Banking or wider Financial Services.
- Background in complex systems integration, including legacy system migration.
- Strong end-user requirements gathering and technical design skills in regulated environments.
