• Work on next gen banking solutions, driving system modernisation.

• Drive performance in your team through pivotal leadership opportunities, utilising agile delivery and next gen technology architectures, using cutting-edge platforms and cloud solutions.

• Take on a senior manager grade role where you’ll guide talented teams, share ideas that shape the industry and play a key part in growing the practice

Key responsibilities:

• Build your team including coaching and mentoring junior team members.

• Process optimisation through strategic business analysis across the full delivery lifecycle.

• Working closely and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to understand and articulate challenges to implement overall vision.

Experience:

• Experience leading teams, mentoring talent and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Track record in core system modernisation within Banking or wider Financial Services.

• Background in complex systems integration, including legacy system migration.

• Strong end-user requirements gathering and technical design skills in regulated environments.
