The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMRole Overview:As a Technical Delivery Lead , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, working closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve leading project execution, ensuring technical feasibility, removing roadblocks, and aligning delivery with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure projects are aligned with technical feasibility, business goals, and customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Implement and optimize Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks for efficient execution.
• Track and report project progress using tools like Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimizing processes for better efficiency and quality.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in technical delivery management, software development, or product delivery.
• Good knowledge of a mainstream Object Orientated languages (C#, Java)
• Good knowledge of SOA: XML Web Services, REST, JASON;
• Solid knowledge of Object Oriented code design.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern software development practices.
• Experience working with engineering teams, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects, balancing scope, timeline, and risks.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or similar.
• [Preferred] Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps practices.
• This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional travel to client sites as needed.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Knowledge of specific industry-related software or tools relevant to the position.
• Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) is advantageous.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
