If you are excited about joining us and think you have some of what we are looking for, even if you’re not 100% sure we would love to hear from you.Job DetailsLeading a team of Product Owners, working closely with technical and other functional areas to deliver agreed technical priorities that meet the business needsDeveloping, coaching and inspiring your team of Product Owners, fostering a high performance culture and mindsetAgreeing a rolling 12 month technical delivery roadmap, supporting our ambitious Transformation portfolioMaintaining a sine view of technology change across Claims, keeping it updated on a weekly basis and maintaining a clear and visible backlog of technical change which remains current and actionableLeading and supporting early discovery and planning activities and being accountable for ensuring a balanced scorecard approach is applied to every changeLeading the quarterly technical change prioritisation processesSkills we would love you to haveExperience of working in Agile environments and with scrum is essential for this positionExperience of organising and delivering multiple projects simultaneously and at paceExcellent relationship building skills alongside the ability to be a critical thinker and problem solverWhat we offerJoin us and you’ll find a different way of doing things.
