Job description

Our client is a leading specialist engineering business, who as a result of some internal changes are looking to appoint an experienced draughtsperson to their team.Reporting to the Design Leader your role shall be varied, but essentially involve supporting the design team in the provision of both 2D & 3D complex engineering drawings for the manufacturing process. You shall work closely with the engineering team and the customer from the initial brief, through manufacture/assembly, until final install and commission.It is expected that you shall possess the following skills –· Expert knowledge in Solidworks (though proficiency in other CAD systems will be considered)· At least 2 years in a similar draughtsperson role, ideally in an engineering manufacturing/production firm.· First class communication skills, both written and oral.On offer is the chance to work with a UK leading business, where your hard work and dedication shall be encouraged and rewarded.

Expected salary

£24000 – 36000 per year
