Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the region’s commercial strategy, securing new business, and enhancing existing client partnerships.This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a high-performance environment, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive profitability, and elevate the company’s reputation in the industry. You will have full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring sustainable growth and a high standard of service delivery.About YouWe are looking for an experienced leader with a background in structural or civil engineering, environmental, or sustainability consultancies. You will be well-regarded within your sector, with a proven ability to develop business, manage teams, and oversee complex projects.Key attributes include:
