- Post-secondary education in a relevant area (e.g., Electricity (ELEC), Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Engineering, etc.). A relevant Bachelor’s degree would be an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in, at least, one of the relevant technical domains: HVAC, ELEC and/or Building Management Systems (BMS).

Experience with Electrical, Electro-mechanical, and HVAC systems, including maintenance and emergency procedures.
