Join our dynamic team as a JAVA Technical Lead and lead a group of talented developers in building complex applications that drive our organization forward.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive development efforts by implementing new features, resolving bugs, and providing third-line support;
• Build, deploy, and maintain pipelines to streamline our development process;
• Mentor and coach a team of developers, guiding them to excellence in their day-to-day activities;
• Define development standards and best practices, continuously improving the technical skills of the team;
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and consistent, providing technical guidance and governance;
• Lead peer reviews and contribute to release documentation consolidation.

Profile

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role;
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test-driven development;
• Strong technical skills in JAVA, including frameworks/systems like Spring, Maven, and Hibernate;
• Experience with web services or microservices design;
• Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and RESTful APIs;
• Knowledge of GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence;
• Excellent command of English, with proficiency in French or Dutch preferred;
• Out-of-the-box thinking, fast self-learning skills, and a positive attitude;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.
