Area to be covered: North & Scotland

Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000 + bonus

The role of the Technical Product Manager – Windows and Doors will involve:

• Technical Product Manager position dealing with a range of made to order window and door systems
• Supporting the sales team with product technicalities and technical tenders
• Providing product training to Branches and Fabricators
• Assisting internal with queries surrounding building regulations ensuring that the project can be completed
• Ensuring that projects are priced and quoted correctly for the service and quality provided
• Liaise with the Marketing team in respect to technical literature to enhance growth
• Will build up a small portfolio of high spending accounts over time, targeted to turn over £600k

The ideal applicant will be an Technical Product Manager – Windows and Doors with:

• Must have a strong technical knowledge of the windows and doors market sector
• Would consider a technically minded sales person
• Ideally a blend of customer experience, housebuilders, contractors, installers or social housing providers and builders merchants/ buying groups or specialist plastic distributors
• Full UK driving license
• Happy with overnight stays
• Driven, target focussed and a team player
