Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Technical Project Manager in Netcompany?

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of Azure and M365 environments, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance;
• Deploy and integrate cloud applications (databases, APIs, gateways, queues) within Azure landing zones;
• Manage containerization (Docker, AKS) and serverless solutions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps);
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance and cost using Azure tools;
• Lead automation, Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform), and CI/CD improvements;
• Configure, migrate, and troubleshoot Azure and M365 services;
• Implement and maintain Entra ID IAM policies (RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.);
• Apply governance, security, and compliance standards using Azure Policy and Defender for Cloud;
• Ensure seamless integration across Azure and M365 platforms;
• Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports.

Qualifications

What Would Make You a Fit for the Role:

• Master’s degree with 10 years’ experience (or Bachelor’s with 14) as a Technical Project Manager or related role;
• Hands-on experience with Azure (compute, storage, networking, VNETs, load balancers, firewalls) and deploying applications in Landing Zones;
• Strong expertise in PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM Templates, Terraform, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps;
• Familiarity in Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, MFA, and hybrid identity/SSO;
• Experience with M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Power Platform, Dynamics 365) and Azure integration;
• Knowledge in Defender for Cloud, governance, cost optimization, monitoring, and logging tools;
• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of French would be an advantage.
