Job description
It’s a leading role focusing on technical service delivery in Hong Kong in an established Medical Device Company.
- Manage the team from top-line service revenue & profitability to service delivery
- Produce excellent customer focused service experiences and vendor management
- Supervise the team on installations, startups, maintenance and update of all products within the assigned area
- Determine the appropriate solution and tackle technical problems for customers to maintain service quality
- Work with department head and assist in costing and budgeting with business development teams
- Lead a team of service engineers and provide guidance and training support
- Monitor and review the proper use of tool & test equipment
- Monitor and review customer requests are properly documented
- Work closely with the sales and product Management team for smoother operations and customer satisfaction Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines

- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese
- Bachelor degree or above in Medical/ Biochemical engineering / mechanical-related discipline
- 5-8+ years of supervising experience
- Good teamworking and leadership person who are willing to be hands-on
