To assist the Associate Manager in the performance of the Technical Support Section, coordinating the formulation, development and implementation of ISFD’s strategy, operational plan and work program in close collaboration with the other divisions in the Fund. In addition, the role support in the coordination of all organizational issues pertaining to performance of ISFD employees and services received from service providers inside IsDB Group and outside. The role also to provide the support in the communication and outreach activities that enhance ISFD visibility and supports ISFD Poverty Alleviation and Resource Mobilization activities and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
ISFD Board Affairs:
  • Assist in the preparation of the agenda and documents of the BoD, BoG, and Board Committees meetings.
  • Ensure the Agenda and the related documents meet the quality standards and are cleared by the DG ISFD and submitted to the EOP on time.
  • Keep track of BOD, BOG and Board Committees decisions and resolutions and ensure their implementation.
Office and procurement Administration:
  • Manage the provision of various administrative services, office supplies, office equipment etc. to enable conduct of business in an efficient manner.
  • Participate in bidding committees for goods and services at ISFD, provide support to the bidding committees members on the procurement policies and procedures.
Budget:
  • Participate in the development of the general administration budget.
  • Coordinate with the ISFD Staff to provide the update on the progress of the ISFD objectives on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure the utilization of the general administrative budget as per the approved plan.
Service Agreements:
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department to draft, finalize and sign agreements with various vendors and service providers and ensure that goods and services are provided, by the vendors, as per the agreements.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of the Service Level Agreements and prepare a quarterly report.
Communications and Outreach:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of creative and strategic campaigns to build the ISFD brand with key stakeholders and audiences.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials for live events, external communications materials, internal communications materials, digital website and social media channels, and physical signage in offices.
  • Support managing the internal stakeholders to ensure marketing and branding activities support the specific needs of ISFD.
Reporting:
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when required by the Associate Manager.
  • Prepare regular reports that include insight and analysis and comment on the Technical Support Section performance and results.
Academic and professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Management, international relations, or any other relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role(s) in an MDB or similar sector.
