About the role
- Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
- 1.0FTE (casual and part time options considered)
- Fixed term until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension
- $84,400 + 11% super + 17.5% annual leave loading
The primary responsibility of this role is the smooth and efficient coordination of our Technology footprint and day-to-day operations in our Melbourne office. This also includes assisting with office and facilities management in addition to Information and Communication Technology. This role requires communication with and day-to-day collaboration with our external providers.
About you
You will hold qualifications in IT systems management or Industry certification in Microsoft, with proven system administration experience, especially with Microsoft 365 suite. You will also have demonstrated experience in scoping, documenting, and implementing Technology processes, and experience working with new software, applications, and technology implementations. Familiarity with Smartsheet or Asana is a strong advantage.
