ROLE
ITDP is seeking a Technology Systems Analyst to focus on the adoption, management, support, and administration of all organization-wide systems. This work will involve providing expertise and guidance to the organization on features, capabilities, and best practices. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the organization is fully leveraging each system and will work closely with vendors and partners where appropriate. This role reports to the Operations Manager and will work very closely with the Virtual CIO.

This role is based in our New York City office in a hybrid work model. The hybrid model is a combination of in office work and telework. Telework may be performed from the states of New York or New Jersey only.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working across the organization, the Technology Systems Analyst will support a wide variety of stakeholders in the appropriate use, care, and maintenance of enterprise business systems.
- Oversee and improve the translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
- Act as a “business analyst” when new requirements arise for technology systems, leading software selections and supporting implementations.
- Work with users to develop clear requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted.
- Develop deep expertise in all key system and administer all key systems.
- Provide change management support to encourage adoption of new systems, new features, and any new processes around ITDP’s systems.
- Train and update staff on developing requirements for new capabilities or systems.
- Conduct capacity building exercises, enhance library of end user training materials for key systems, and conduct group and 1:1 user training for new and existing key systems.
- Oversee user management, system updates, invoice management, and vendor relationships.
- Interface with Electric, ITDP’s Managed Service Provider, in trouble shooting any support issues that arise around key systems, determining trends.
- Continually assess the vendor landscape to determine the best way to obtain needed functionality by either extending the use of current systems, or by obtaining new systems.
- This role is not expected to provide hands-on technical support but may be called on to support staff in the use of the key systems.
- Lead discovery sessions to assess technology needs and extend system coverage.
- Support the implementation of the IT roadmap and support the organization’s information system needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with a successful track record as a technology systems coordinator delivering innovative solutions tailored for business problems.
- Experience in business strategy, business process engineering, project management, database management, license management, technology innovation, and systems definition.
- Ability to work in ITDP’s New York City office in a hybrid work model and perform telework from the states of New York or New Jersey only.
- Ability to project manage complex system selections and implementations.
- Outstanding organizational skills including stakeholder management & expectation setting.
- Strong communicator with excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Passionate about ITDP’s mission.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in another language such as Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $60,000- $70,000 commensurate with experience.
